Property Protection
Property Care &
Preventative Maintenance
In addition to preparing the home for each guest arrival, our team performs simple property care checks during each turnover to help identify small issues before they become larger problems. These preventative steps help protect the home and support a smooth guest experience.
Shower Drain Protection
We provide and maintain shower drain hair catchers (such as Drain Wig®) to capture hair before it enters the plumbing system. These are regularly cleared during turnovers to help maintain proper drainage and reduce the likelihood of clogs.
Preventative Toilet Maintenance
Toilets receive a natural hot water and soap flush approximately once per month to help maintain proper flow and reduce the likelihood of buildup.
Toilet Clog Assistance
If a toilet becomes clogged during a turnover, our team will perform basic unclogging using standard tools when the issue appears minor. More significant plumbing issues will be documented and reported to the property owner.
Garbage Disposal & Drain Monitoring
Garbage disposals are briefly tested after guest departure. Shower and sink drains are visually checked to help identify slow drainage early.
Appliance & Lighting Checks
Basic functionality of key kitchen appliances is checked following guest departure. Burned-out bulbs are noted and replaced when easily accessible.
Water Leak Check
Quick visual checks are performed under sinks and around toilets for signs of leaks or moisture between every guest stay.
Damage & Maintenance Reporting
Any visible damage, malfunctioning items, or maintenance concerns are documented and reported to the property manager or owner promptly.
Before & After Documentation
Photos and/or videos are taken before and after each turnover to document the property condition and provide a clear record for the property owner. Lost & found items are also documented and reported.
All maintenance observations are reported directly to you through your client portal after every visit. You stay informed without having to ask.
